있으면 그 사건에 대한 이야기를 피하다가, (이제) 하는 걸 보니까 조금씩 오해가 풀려가는 것 같다"고 밝혔다. 앞서 현주엽은 근무 태만, 갑질 논란 등에 휩싸였고, 두 아들이 뛰는 농구부에 외압을 행사했다는 의혹도 퍼졌다. </p> <p dmcf-pid="YAw8lvKp1m" dmcf-ptype="general">현주엽은 "댓글을 보면 하다못해 '모교 애들한테 돈 벌러 가냐, 코 묻은 돈 벌러 가냐'는 말도 나오더라"라고 씁쓸해하며 "사실 그게 아니었다. 프로팀 감독하다가 고등학교 가는 경우는 거의 없다"라고 밝혔다. 이에 박세리도 "그렇게 안 한다. 프로 하면 프로만 한다"라고 거들었다. 대고 '너희 아빠 어떻다'라고 했다더라. 그래서 굉장히 힘들었나 보다"라며 "농구를 잘해도 '너 현주엽 아들인데 당연히 잘해야지', 못하면 '현주엽 아들인데 못하냐'고 하니까 그것도 스트레스받은 것 같다. 학교 적응하기가 힘들어서 휴학하게 됐다"라고 고충을 털어놓았다. </p> <p contents-hash="da75792c6405b96e0a10304d644d89754f4990bde41f74d76c919f220d3852f2" dmcf-pid="5wIMWG4q1k" dmcf-ptype="general">그 일로 가족들이 병원에 다녔다고. 현주엽은 "가족 네 명이 다 병원에 가고, 입원도 하고. 아직도 약을 먹고 있다"고 고백했다. 인터뷰에서 현주엽은 "저 혼자 겪어야 될 일이면 충분히 이겨냈을 텐데, 가족들이 엮여 있었기 때문에"라며 "(아이들이) 겪지 않아도 될 일을 겪었단 생각이 든다. 다른 부모를 만났으면 그런 오해를 받지 않았을 텐데"라며 가족들에게 미안해했다. </p> <p
