"정신이 없었고 천만다행이었다. 그 순간이 굉장히 길게 느껴졌는데 1분 1초를 다투는 찰나였다"라며 "사건이 정리되고 든 생각은 위급한 상황이 닥쳤을 때 본능적으로 행동해야겠다는 거였다. 이것저것 생각하는 찰나에 내가 위험해질 것 같았다. 강도에게 흉기가 없었다면 그렇게까지 용기가 났을까 싶다. 상상도 못 했는데 떨어진 흉기가 보여서 본능적으로 평상시에 엄마의 소리가 잘 안 들렸다"라며 "그날은 축복처럼 엄마의 소리가 들려 잠이 깬 거였다"라고 말했다. 이어 "그때 엄마는 내가 깨서 다칠까봐 소리도 못 질렀다고 하신다. 엄마가 강도에게 목이 졸려 실신을 했는데 숨이 넘어 갈듯할 때 제게 '문 잠가'라는 말을 하지 못한 게 후회됐다고 하셨다. 하늘이 도왔다고 생각한다"라고 말했다.</p> <p dmcf-ptype="general"> <br>한편 A씨는 지난 2025년 11월 15일 오전 6시께 경기 구리시 아천동 소재 나나의 주거지에 침입해 흉기로 나나 모녀를 위협하며 돈을 뜯어내려 한 혐의로 구속 기소됐다. </div> <p contents-hash="f09aa9428682d82389946122f376505e3ecbbd15510cd4186d6db884336fd70d" dmcf-pid="1cscdcWIl6" dmcf-ptype="general">당시 나나 모녀는 몸싸움을 벌인 끝에 A씨를 제압하고 경찰에 신고했다. 조사 결과, A씨는 경제적 어려움이 가중되자 고급 주택단지가 있는 구리 아천동을 범행 대상으로 삼은 것으로 파악됐다. 이후 구치소에 수감된 A씨는 나나를 살인미수 등 혐의로 역고소했지만 경찰은 "정당방위에 해당한다"라며 불송치 결정을 내렸다.</p> <p contents-hash="a923a4a20220782908f72664c0387c8c987adf08199e6d1e069378af635a0032" dmcf-pid="tkOkJkYCS8" dmcf-ptype="general">이후 A씨는 지난 1월 20일 의정부지방법원 남양주지원 제1형사부(부장판사 김국식) 심리로 열린 강도상해 혐의 첫 공판에서 수의를 입은 채 구속 상태로 출석해 자신의 혐의에 대해 "사다리를 이용해 나나의 집에 침입한 사실은 인정하지만 강도의 목적이 있었던 건 아니었다"고 주장했다.
