성형 수술이 있냐는 질문에 한송이는 "치아 교정이랑 쌍꺼풀을 한다. 우리나라는 성형외과, 피부과 이런 데서 하지 않나. 북한은 집에서 한다. 아줌마가 집에서 불법 수술을 하는데 10명 정도 누워있다. 한쪽은 찢고 한쪽은 묶는다"라고 설명해 충격을 자아냈다.</p> <p
