관계자는 "하이브가 하니, 민지 복귀 관련 공식 발표를 준비 중인 반면 다니엘에겐 계약 해지 등의 조치가 있을 예정"이라고 전했다. </p> <p contents-hash="36ec2223a99844bc066f1408df3e0f47413fd77d4862d54f1e939e7955706f35" dmcf-pid="GH9ry01yZX" dmcf-ptype="general">지난달 뉴진스 소속사 어도어 측은 해린과 혜인이 어도어와 활동을 이어가겠다는 뜻을 알렸다. 소속사 측은 공식입장을 통해 "뉴진스 멤버 해린과 혜인이 어도어와 함께 활동을 이어가겠다는 의사를 밝혀왔다"며 "두 멤버는 가족들과 함께 심사숙고하고 어도어와 충분한 논의를 거친 끝에 법원의 판결을 존중하고 전속계약을 준수하겠다는 결정을 내렸다"고 전했다. 또 "해린과 혜인이 원활한 연예활동을 이어갈 수 있도록 최선을 다할 것"이라며 "팬 여러분들의 따뜻한 응원을 부탁드리며 멤버들에 대한 억측은 자제해주실 것을 정중히 당부드린다"고 덧붙였다.</p> <p 상대로 낸 전속계약 유효확인 소송 선고기일에서 "민희진 전 대표를 해임된 것만으로는 전속계약 해지 사유가 되지 않는다"며 어도어의 손을 들어줬다. 당시 멤버들의 법률대리인 법무법인 세종은 30일 "법원의 판단을 존중하나, 이미 어도어와의 신뢰 관계가 완전히 파탄된 현 상황에서 어도어로 복귀하여 정상적인 연예 활동을 이어가는 것은 불가능하다는 입장"이라는
