한혜진, ‘망한’ 500평 홍천 별장 직접 손봤다…“잔디 700장 깔았다”

 모델 한혜진이 스스로 “망했다”고 털어놨던 홍천 집을 직접 손봤다. 지난 4일 유튜브 채널 ‘한혜진’에는 “별장에 직접 잔디 시공하는 패션 모델”이라는 제목의 영상이 공개됐다. 영상 속 한혜진은 “저희 홍천 리뷰를 보고 댓글을 많이 달아주셨다. 좋은 점이 망한 것보다 훨씬 많이 있기는 하다”며 “댓글을 읽으면서 놀랐던 점 중 하나가 3cm만 자라는 잔디에 대한 의견이 많았던 것”이라고 말했다. 그는 직접 잔디 업체를 수소문해 사장과 연락했고, 무려 경남 사천에서 잔디가 공수됐다. 이후 잔디를 실은 트럭이 도착했다. 가로 60cm, 세로 30cm, 무게 약 7kg의 잔디 총 700장을 한혜진은 어머니와 함께 직접 날라 깔았다. 오전 7시 30분에 시작한 작업은 오후 2시에야 끝났다.

 고된 작업을 마친 두 사람은 새로 깐 잔디밭 위에 캠핑 테이블을 놓고 수박 먹방을 즐겼다. 어머니는 “일 힘들게 하고 먹어서 맛있다”고 웃었고, 한혜진은 “너무 힘들었지?”라고 묻자, 어머니는 “근데 해놓고 나니까 좋다”고 답했다. 한혜진은 “밭 뒤집을 때가 더 힘들었다. 이건 덮어놓으니까 보기가 좋다. 착착착착 깔리니까 힘든데 허리 아픈데도 동시에 고통을 주면서 동시에 입에 약을 넣는 것 같다”고 소감을 전했다. 앞서 그는 지난달 7일 같은 채널에 공개된 영상 ‘홍천 망한 집…솔직 리뷰합니다’에서 “망한 거지, 망했지 뭐, 망했어”라며 집에 대한 불편함을 털어놓은 바 있다. 당시 한혜진은 “살면서 불편하고 잘못 지은 부분이 너무 많다. 처음 집을 지어본 데다 아파트 생활만 해서 주택에 대한 배경지식이 없었다”고 말했다. 홍천에 별장을 지은 지 3년 차에 접어든 그는 “6개월 이상 설계하고 수정을 몇십 번 했다. 그런 과정을 거쳤는데도 막상 살아보면 얘기가 다르다”며 “지금 생각해보면 집을 들어서 시계 반대 방향으로 내려놓고 싶다”고 고백했다. 서형우 기자 wnstjr1402@kyunghyang.com
