           <br>앞서 유아인은 지인들과 미국 LA로 여행을 떠났다가 2023년 2월 입국하면서 마약 스캔들에 휩싸였다. 당시 경찰은 유아인의 체모 등을 받아 국립과학수사연구원에 감정을 의뢰했다. 유아인의 소변에서는 대마 성분이, 모발에서도 다수의 마약 성분이 검출됐다.

           <br>이후 유아인은 2024년 9월 1심 선고 공판에서 징역 1년을 선고 받고 법정 구속됐으나 지난 2월 2심에서 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년으로 감형되면서 서울구치소에 수감된 지 5개월 만에 석방됐다.
