 배우 이병헌이 셰프의 고추장찌개보다 아내 이민정의 고추장찌개를 선택했다. 2일 배우 이민정의 유튜브 채널 ‘이민정 MJ’에는 ‘오늘은 칼칼한 고추장찌개 어떠세요? MJ의 초간단 고추장찌개 레시피 *우정 출연있음.’라는 제목의 영상이 공개됐다. 해당 영상에는 이민정 절친의 남편이자 강남에서 다양한 식당을 운영 중인 셰프 윤성원이 출연해 이민정과 ‘고추장찌개 대결’을 펼쳤다.

 이민정은 평소 집에서 자주 끓여 먹는 자신만의 비법 고추장찌개을 공개하며, 셰프 윤성원이 직접 선보인 전문 레시피 고추장찌개를 두고 맛 대결을 벌였다. 이민정은 “그냥 집에 남아있는 고기와 야채를 볶으면 된다”고 자신의 레시피를 설명했으나 “난 실력자와 맞붙기 때문에 돈을 썼다”며 소고기 등심을 사왔다고 자백해 웃음을 안겼다.

 이후 제작진이 나서서 두 사람의 음식을 평가했다. 평가가 1:1로 갈리자 이민정은 “무승부이니 제가 남편의 리액션을 가져오겠다”며 이병헌의 맛 평가 녹음본을 공개했다.

 두 고추장 찌개를 모두 맛 본 이병헌은 “작은 냄비 쪽이 더 맛있었다”며 “이게 너가 만든거냐”고 이민정의 고추장찌개를 선택했다. 셰프와의 요리 대결에서 승리한 이민정은 “어떡하지”라고 당황하면서도 웃음을 감추지 못해 보는 이들에게 웃음을 안겼다. 강신우 기자 ssinu423@kyunghyang.com
