 (엑스포츠뉴스 황수연 기자) '돌싱글즈4' 출연자 제롬이 베니타와 결별했다.  
 제롬은 1일 자신의 개인 계정에 "안 좋은 소식 알리러 오랜만에 포스트 올리네요... 저랑 베니타 서로 각자길 가기로 했어요"라며 결별 소식을 전했다.
 그는 "지금까지 우리를 응원해 준 분들 너무 고맙고 죄송해요"라며 "이제부터 제니타가 아닌 베니타와 제롬을 응원해 주세요"라고 밝혔다. 
 '돌싱글즈4'는 이혼남녀들의 연애 프로그램으로 지난 2023년 7월부터 10월까지 방영됐다. 제롬과 베니타는 이 프로그램을 통해 연인으로 발전했다. 
 시즌4의 대표 커플 중 하나였던 제롬과 베니타는 '제니타'라는 커플 애칭으로 불렸다. 두 사람은 2024년 '돌싱글즈 외전'에 출연해 연애 근황을 공개했고, SBS 파워FM '최화정의 파워타임'에 동반 출연하기도 했다.
 지난 7월 '돌싱글즈7' 첫 회에서는 MC 이다은이 "제롬·베니타 커플이 동거 중"이라고 밝혀 결혼에 임박한 것이 아니냐는 추측이 흘러나오기도 했으나 두 사람의 마침 표는 이별이었다.

 Its been awhile but I'm here with bad news... Benita and I decided to go on our separate ways. I want to thank all our fans and the peeps that was rooting for us.  I am sorry we did not end up how y'all wanted us to. Please keep rooting for Benita and me, separately.
