 [TV리포트=남금주 기자] 김용임이 현숙이 미혼인 사실을 언급했다. 
 16일 방송된 KBS2 '불후의 명곡'에는 광복 80년, 전설의 노래 특집으로, 김용임, 김범룡, 배일호, 진성, 설운도, 현숙 등이 출연했다. 
 이날 MC 이찬원은 경연자로 김용임, 김범룡, 배일호, 진성, 설운도, 현숙이 출연하자 "부제를 전설의 전쟁'이라고 붙여도 될 것 같다. 나이 합이 391세다. 데뷔 평균 연차가 42년이다. 평균 연령 65세"라고 소개했다. 
 이를 들은 설운도는 "지금 나이 얘기를 2번 하는데 듣기가 좀 그렇다"라고 불만을 토로해 웃음을 안겼다. 현숙은 "몇 살로 사는지가 중요하지 않냐. 우린 다 친구다"라고 말하기도. 이에 이찬원이 "지금 몇 살로 살고 있냐"라고 묻자 현숙은 "투애니원"이라고 너스레를 떨었다.

 나이로 따졌을 때 막내는 65년생 김용임이었다. 김용임은 "근데 제일 큰엄마 같다"라고 밝혔다. 최근 손주까지 봤다고. 현숙은 "전 아가씨라고 불러달라"고 밝혔다. 나이 얘기가 계속되자 배일호는 "나이 얘기를 자꾸 하는 거여. 그만혀"라고 말하기도. 
 김용임은 현숙을 향해 "오늘 느낀 게 결혼 안 하니까 좀 철딱서니가 없다고 느낀다"라고 저격했지만, 현숙은 "나 철 안 들고 싶어. 이대로 있고 싶어"라고 응수했다. 김준현이 "누님들이 보통 앞머리를 저렇게까지 자르지 않는데"라고 하자 김용임은 "우리 손녀딸이 저렇게 잘랐다"라고 공감했다.
 데뷔 연차 막내는 1994년에 데뷔한 진성이었다. 수줍게 손을 든 진성은 "무명 생활은 어린 시절부터 했는데, 방송을 어떻게 데뷔하는지 몰랐다"라고 했고, 현숙은 "활동은 무명 시절에 거의 같이 했다"라며 같은 동료라고 강조했다.

 경연 경험자는 김용임, 진성, 김범룡, 설운도. 트로피 보유자는 김범룡, 진성이었다. 김용임은 "제가 김범룡 선배한테 졌다. 그래서 한 일주일을 끙끙 앓고 잠을 못 잤다"라며 아쉽게 패배한 순간을 떠올렸다. 김용임은 "김범룡 선배는 내공이 있는 것 같다. 웃고 있는데 여유가 있고, 약간 입을 벌리면서 웃는 게 비웃는 것도 있고"라고 경계했다. 
 설운도는 "불이 꺼지면 기분이 굉장히 안 좋다. 한 번 겪어봐라"라고 밝혔다. 설운도는 트로피는 관심 없냐는 질문에 "주면 받아 가야지"라고 밝혔다. 이에 배일호는 "전 국민이 보는 앞에서 우리끼리 너무 치열하면 좀 그래. 좀 져줘. 처음 나오는 나하고 현숙 씨한테"라고 양보하라고 말해 웃음을 안겼다.
