           <p>특히 출산을 불과 며칠 앞둔 시기임에도 군살 없는 '늘씬핏' 실루엣이 시선을 사로잡았다. 이하늬는 이달 중순 출산을 앞두고 있지만, 여전히 운동과 건강 관리를 꾸준히 이어가고 있다. 지난 6일에는 러닝머신 위에서 달리는 인증샷을 올리며 "임신 중에도 할 수 있는 범위 내에서 운동은 계속한다"는 근황을 전하기도 했다.</p>
