 '틈만나면' 현봉식이 본명을 밝혀 충격을 안겼다. 5일 방송된 SBS 예능 프로그램 '틈만 나면,'에는 배우 김성균, 현봉식이 '틈 친구'로 출격했다. 이날 유재석과 유연석은 대구에 방문했다. 오전 9시 촬영에 유연석은 "어제 몇 시에 주무셨냐"고 물었고, 유재석은 "9시 30분 취침, 새벽 4시 40분 기상"이라고 답했다. 유연석은 "거의 신생아급 아니냐"며 취침 패턴에 놀라워했지만, 유재석은 "나는 7~8시간 자면 딱 맞더라. 노력하면 잘 수 있다"고 답해 눈길을 끌었다.

 두 MC는 김성균, 현봉식을 반겼다. 유재석은 시상식에서 마주친 현봉식과 인증샷을 찍었다고 인연을 회상했다.  이에 유연석은 '동갑 친구' 현봉식을 보며 "나이를 알아도 초면에 말 놓기 쉽지 않다"고 말했다. 형인 김성균 또한 "봉식이라고 부를 수 있는 사람 몇 안 된다"며 놀렸다. 현봉식과 '수리남'으로 처음 만난 유연석은 "동갑이라고 들었는데도, 멀리서 오는데 기립해서 인사하게 되더라"고 말했다. '노안'으로 지목된 현봉식은 "나이를 알면서도 존댓말을 자꾸 하더라"고 토로했다.

 유재석은 주변을 잘 챙기는 현봉식에게 "형님들 많이 모셨네. 잘하네. 벌써 애티튜드가 다르다"며 남다른 애정을 표현했다. 현봉식은 "거의 어딜가나 막내여서"라며 미소를 지었다. 김성균은 "현봉식 본명이 보람이다. 현보람"이라고 폭로해 놀라게 했다. 현봉식은 "태어났을 때 할아버지가 지어주신 한글 이름이다. 6살 때까지 그 이름으로 살았는데, 너무 놀림을 받아서 7살 때 현재영으로 개명했다"고 밝혔다. 배우 데뷔 후 예명 현봉식을 사용한 그는 "이 이름이 예명이라고 하면 배신감 느끼더라"고 이야기했다. 김성균은 "봉식이 또 하나 배신의 이미지는 술을 못 마신다. 맛있는 거 좋아하고, 봉식이가 취향은 보람이다"라고 밝혀 웃음을 자아냈다. 김은정 텐아시아 기자 eun@tenasia.co.kr
