 [TV리포트=남금주 기자] 코시바 후우카가 자신을 위해 죽으려던 사토 타케루의 진심을 알고 눈물을 흘렸다. 
 3일 방송된 tvN '내 남편과 결혼해줘' 일본판(원제: 私の夫と結婚して)에는 미사(코시바 후우카 분)가 스즈키 와타루(사토 타케루)도 자신과 같이 회귀했단 사실을 알게 됐다.
 이날 미사는 미쿠(쿠로사키 레이나)와 함께 유리코(타바타 토모코)의 병실로 향했다. 유리코는 와타루가 병원에 와서 암 전문의를 소개해 줬다고 밝혔다. 미사는 과거 자신과 다른 상태에 "수술이 가능하냐"라고 놀랐고, 다행이라며 눈물을 보였다. 
 또한 와타루는 유우토(시메카케 류야)도 만났다. 유우토에겐 레이나(시라이시 세이)의 행동에 주의해달라고 부탁했고, "제게 무슨 일이 생기면 미사를 위해 써달라"면서 무언가를 건넸다. 동생인 미쿠도 놀랄 만큼 엄청난 돈을 인출할 수 있는 통장이었다.

 이를 본 미사와 미쿠는 와타루의 집으로 달려가 노트북을 살펴봤다. 미사는 일정을 살펴보다 자신의 과거와 관련된 사건들이 있는 걸 보고 놀랐다. 특히 토모야, 레이나가 살인 혐의로 체포된 것도 기록되어 있었다. 
 그 시각 와타루는 미사의 아버지가 잠든 곳을 찾아가 "따님 두 번째 인생은 제가 반드시 지키겠다"라고 약속했다. 그때 칼을 품고 온 토모야가 나타났고, 와타루는 미사가 있는 곳으로 데려가 주겠다고 했다. 와타루는 토모야를 태우고 죽으려 했지만, 그 앞을 막아선 건 미사였다. 미사는 토모야를 버린 후 와타루와 함께 떠났고, "한 번 죽었던 거죠?"라고 물었다. 
 결국 와타루는 "첫 번째 인생에서 기회는 몇 번이나 있었다"라면서 자신의 삶을 고백했다. 와타루는 도쿄로 돌아가라고 말하며 "대신할 사람이 없으면 일어날 일은 일어난다"라며 토모야와 함께 죽으려 했던 이유를 말했다. 두 번째 인생에선 후회하고 싶지 않았던 와타루. 그러나 미사는 "이건 민폐다. 제 두 번째 인생에선 당신이 필요하다"라며 눈물을 흘렸고, "우리 같이 살아요"라면서 와타루를 안았다. 
 한편 레이나는 쓰러진 토모야(요코야마 유) 엄마를 챙기는 척하며 "어머니가 이렇게 된 건 다 어떤 사람 때문이다"라고 밝혔다. 그때 깨어난 토모야 엄마는 "끔찍한 거짓말했어"라고 분노했고, 레이나는 태연하게 웃으며 "아이요? 앞으로 낳으면 되죠"라고 말했다. 토모야 엄마는 "악마. 토모야에게 얼씬도 하지 마"라며 간호사를 호출하려고 했다. 그러나 레이나는 "역시 목적은 아이였구나"라면서 토모야 엄마를 때렸다.
