           그는 "대부분 결혼하면 출산으로 이어진다. 그러다 대부분 쉬게 되고 다시 복귀하는 상황이 온다"고 말했다.

           이어 "계약이 5년씩 묶이면 (계약 기간이) 남을 수가 있다. 그게 싫었다. 바로 발을 빼고 싶었다. 그래서 계속 1년씩 재계약을 한 게 15년이 된 것"이라고 털어놨다.
