 18일 오후 인천 파라다이스시티에서 '제4회 청룡시리즈어워즈' 본식에 앞서 레드카펫 행사가 진행됐다. 
 이날 윤아는 어깨 라인을 드러낸 그라데이션 벨 드레스를 입고 등장해 플래시 세례를 받으며 레드카펫을 밟았다. 4년 연속으로 MC 호흡을 맞추고 있는 전현무와 투샷 촬영을 마친 뒤 전현무의 배려로 윤아가 개인 포토타임을 가지려던 찰나 중심을 잃고 그대로 주저앉았다. 현장에서는 순간 정적, 카메라와 모두의 이목이 집중된 순간이었다.

 하지만 윤아는 놀란 기색 대신 여유 있는 미소로 자연스럽게 몸을 일으키며 상황을 정리했다. 놀란 전현무가 손길을 보냈지만 도움을 받지 않아도 스스로 자세를 가다듬고 일어선 윤아는 여유로운 대처로 프로다운 모습을 보여주며 포토타임을 이어갔다.
 순간의 실수조차 우아하게 넘긴 윤아의 침착한 대응에 누리꾼들은 "역시 윤아", "넘어져도 화보", "허당이지만 귀여워", '넘어져도 예쁘다" 등의 반응을 보였다.
