'건강 강박' 한가인, "초코 덮인 아이스크림? 한 번도 안 먹어" ('자유부인')

 배우 한가인이 '건강 마니아' 면모를 다시금 입증했다. 17일 한가인의 개인 채널 '자유부인 한가인'에서는 "한가인이 아들딸한테도 안심하고 먹이는 건강 간식 대공개"라는 제목의 영상이 올라왔다. 공개된 영상에서 한가인은 "유튜브 촬영 날은 평소에 안 먹는 걸 먹을 수 있는 날이다"며, "평소엔 건강식을 철저하게 지킨다. 오늘은 건강 간식을 소개하겠다"고 말문을 열었다. 한가인의 최애 간식은 다름 아닌 조미되지 않은 김이었다.

 한가인은 "밥, 토마토, 김. 이 세 가지만 먹고살 수 있다"며 "그만큼 김을 정말 좋아한다. 별의별 김을 다 먹어봤다"고 고백했다. 그는 "반찬처럼도 먹고 간식처럼 차 안에도 두고 먹는다. 조미 안 된 김이 더 좋다"고 고백했다. 특히 한가인은 저당 초코 아이스크림으로 유명한 제품들을 시식하기 앞서 "태어나서 한 번도 안 먹어봤다"고 말해 모두를 놀라게 했다.

 그는 "(아이스크림 상자) 여기 초코의 감싸임이 그려진것 부터가 부담스럽다"고 말했다. 또한 한가인은 초코 과자를 시식하는 과정에서도 "초코 과자는 정말 안 좋아한다"고 밝혔다. 이를 본 누리꾼들은 "진짜 철저한 식단 관리다", "이 정도면 건강 강박 인정", "자기 관리 끝판왕, 본받고 싶다" 등의 반응을 보였다. 조나연 텐아시아 기자 nybluebook@tenasia.co.kr
