 [TV리포트=한수지 기자] '구해줘! 홈즈' 박나래가 구 소련 아파트를 최초 공개했다. 
 17일 방송된 MBC 예능 프로그램 '구해줘! 홈즈(이하 '홈즈')'에서는 박나래가 '구해줘! 지구촌집'을 위해 조지아로 떠났다.
 이날 방송은 다양한 외국 집의 시세를 살펴보는 '구해줘! 지구촌집'으로 꾸며졌다. 
 그동안 '홈즈'는 '글로벌 시세체크'를 통해 호주와 미국 그리고 홍콩과 몽골, 이집트 등 세계에 위치한 다양한 매물들의 시세를 공개해 화제를 모았다.
 박나래는 "제가 다른 나라에서 촬영 스케줄이 잡혀 있었는데, 스케줄이 취소가 됐다. 일주일 시간이 비더라. 제가 조지나 아니냐? 그래서 조지아로 갔다"라고 밝혔다. 
 양세형은 "조지아가 나라냐?"라고 물었고, 박나래는 "유럽이다. 구 소련에 강제 합병이 됐다가 1991년도에 독립을 했다. 그때는 그루지아라고 불렀다"라고 설명했다.
 이후 와인의 발상지이자, 한달살이의 성지인 조지아로 글로벌 임장을 떠난 박나래의 영상이 공개됐다. 박나래는 "한국인은 무비자로 1년까지 살 수 있다. 또 외국인도 조지아 시민과 동일하게 부동산 매물을 살 수 있다"라고 말해 패널들을 솔깃하게 했다.

 '조지아에서 일주일 살이'를 계획한 박나래는 조지아의 수도 트빌리시에 위치한 이른바 '조지아의 성수' 마르자니슈빌리에 숙소를 잡았다.
 조지아는 서아시아와 유럽이 공존하는 이국적 풍경으로 눈길을 끌었다. 박나래는 "여기가 와인이 최초로 만들어진 나라"라고 전했다.
 박나래가 묵는 숙소는 독일식 구조물로 방 3개, 화장실 1개, 발코니로 구성된 다세대 주택이었다. 매매가는 약 4억 1천만원이었다. 
 이어 박나래는 마트에 들려 현지 물가를 체크했다. 조지아는 식료품을 비롯해 외식, 교통, 숙박비도 저렴했다. 
 그는 본격 임장을 하기 위해 '조지아의 삼청동' 올드 타운으로 갔다. 이곳에서 '홈즈' 최초 구 소련 아파트가 소개됐다. 과거의 모습을 간직한 아파트에는 세 개의 동에 엘레베이터가 하나 밖에 없었다. 더구나 1층과 14층만 이동 가능했고, 유료로 운영 돼 충격을 안겼다. 
 박나래는 현지인의 도움을 받아 구 소련 아파트 내부를 둘러볼 수 있었다. 낡고 음침한 분위기의 외부와는 달리 내부는 유럽 감성 가득한 감각적인 인테리어로 리모델링 돼 있었다. 또한 방마다 발코니가 연결 돼 있었다. 해당 집은 현재 기준 매매가 2억 7천만 원이었다. 
 케이팝 팬이라는 집주인이 박나래를 반갑게 맞았다. 집주인 모녀는 손님인 박나래를 위해 한 상 가득 대접해 감동을 안겼다. 
 '구해줘! 홈즈'는 바쁜 현대인들의 집 찾기를 위해 직접 나선 스타들의 리얼한 발품 중개 배틀 프로그램으로 매주 목요일 오후 10시에 방송된다.
