"남편과 재산 분할? 억울해도 포기해" 서장훈, 이혼 전문 현실 조언 또 나왔다 ('물어보살')

 [OSEN=김예솔 기자] 서장훈이 현실적인 이야기를 꺼냈다. 
 14일 방송된 KBS Joy '무엇이든 물어보살'에서는 서장훈이 이혼 소송 중인 사연자에 현실적인 조언을 건넸다. 
 사연자는 현재 남편과의 이혼을 고민하고 있다고 말했다. 사연자는 "이혼하려고 하니까 남편이 그동안 나한테 준 생활비가 다 빚이었다고 하더라. 카드에서 빌린 돈이라고 하더라"라며 "그 돈을 변제 하면 8천만원이 남는다고 그것만 준다고 하더라"라고 말했다.

 사연자는 "소송을 했더니 남편에게 모르는 빚이 또 있더라. 집을 담보로 한 빚이 있었다. 이게 뭐냐고 물어봤더니 대답을 안 한다"라고 고민을 이야기했다. 
 사연자는 남편이 춘천에 집이 있는데 알고보니 그 집에도 빚이 잡혀 있었다고 말했다. 사연자는 "8천만원을 준다고 했는데 그것도 받을 수 있을 지 모르겠다"라며 "화해권고로 3500만원을 받으라고 통보를 받았다"라고 말했다.

 사연자는 재산 분할을 포기하고 남편과의 소송을 끝내야 할 지 고민이라고 말했다. 최근 '이혼 숙려 캠프'를 통해 다양한 부부들을 만나고 있는 서장훈이 현실적인 조언을 건넸다. 
 서장훈은 "더 이상 소송을 끌고 가기엔 네 인생이 너무 아깝고 힘들다"라며 "지금도 얼마든지 행복하게 살 수 있다. 억울하지만 남편과의 일은 잊고 마음의 자유를 찾아야 할 것 같다"라고 조언했다.

 서장훈은 "자식들도 잘 생각해봐야 한다. 엄마가 젊어서 생계를 유지할 수 있지만 자식도 엄마를 옆에서 케어하는 게 중요하다. 엄마가 혼자가 되니까 지금보다 더 신경써야 한다"라고 조언했다. 
 서장훈은 "남편도 정신 똑바로 차려야 한다. 아들 둘 낳고 30여 년을 함께 산 사람의 예의로 판결에 나온 3500만원은 꼭 줬으면 좋겠다"라고 일침했다.  /hoisoly@osen.co.kr [사진 : KBS Joy '무엇이든 물어보살' 방송캡쳐]
