 [스포츠조선닷컴 정안지 기자] 개그우먼 이수지가 4억 원대 분양 사기 경험을 밝혔다.
 14일 방송된 KBS 쿨FM '박명수의 라디오쇼'에는 이수지가 게스트로 출연했다.
 이날 박명수는 이수지의 과거 분양 사기를 언급하며 "얼마 돌려 받았냐"고 물었다. 
 이수지는 지난 2023년 경기 파주시에서 분양가 약 4억 원 상당의 전원주택을 매입했다가 사기를 당했다고 밝힌 바 있다. 법원은 사기 가해자에게 법정 이자를 포함해 피해 금액을 돌려주라고 판결했지만, 가해자가 "돈이 없다"며 지급 능력이 없음을 주장해 실질적인 보상이 어렵다고. 
 이수지는 지난해 8월 유튜브 채널 '찹찹'에 출연해 "(사기로)작년 한 해 심하게 우울했다"면서 "정말 밝은 사람이고 우울증이 없는데 작년에 너무 우울해서 정신과 상담을 받아야 하나 싶었다"라며 당시 힘들었던 심경을 전하기도 했다.

 이수지가 "0원 받았다"며 "여러분들은 공인중개사를 통해서 매매를 하셨으면 좋겠다. 나는 유튜브를 보고 갔다"며 후회했다. 
 이를 들은 박명수는 "공인중개사를 나라에서 왜 뽑았겠냐"며 안타까워했다. 그러자 이수지는 "당시 아이를 낳으러 가야 해서 마음이 급했다. 그래서 '빨리 집을 찾아야지'라는 생각에 유튜브를 보다가 그렇게 됐다"고 전했다.
 이어 이수지는 "집을 보러 갈 때 같이 둘러봐 주신 분이 계시다. 근데 그분은 법적으로 책임이 없다더라"며 "그분은 공인중개사가 아니고, 아내분이 공인중개사였다"며 토로하기도 했다.
